4 Ways to Lower Stress in 10 minutes at Home

 

As the weeks go by, you may be finding it difficult to get some peace and quiet and time to chill out on your own. Now more than ever, this is exactly what you need to help reduce any stress and anxiety you may be feeling, and to also get you through the weeks to come.

 

Here are some quick ways you can say goodbye to stress. Incorporate them into your day.

Lie on the floor on a mat and position yourself so that your legs are flush against the wall (vertically).
