Improved bone density: Weight-bearing exercises, such as lifting weights, can help to increase bone density and reduce the risk of fractures, especially in the hips, spine, and wrists.
Better balance and stability:
Lifting weights can help to improve balance and stability, which can reduce the risk of falls and injuries.
Reduced risk of chronic diseases: Regular weightlifting & exercise can help to improve cardiovascular health, reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, and lower blood pressure.
Better joint health:
Lifting weights can help to improve the health of the joints by strengthening the muscles that surround them, this can help to reduce pain and stiffness.
Improved mental health:
Exercise has been associated with a reduced risk of depression and anxiety, as well as improved overall well-being and cognitive function.
